PAYMENT TERMS: Payments must be paid in full at least 10 working days prior to commencement of the class as our class sizes are limited and your payment will assist us to guarantee you a place. On receipt of your payment, Privy Training will issue a tax invoice. Payments can be made by Credit Card or Direct Debit. We accept Visa and Master card and these card payments will incur the following charges – Master card (1.5%) and Visa (1.5%). Unfortunately we are unable to accept Diners Club and American Express cards.

When making a payment via Direct Debit, we will not take any responsibility for any incorrect account transactions. It is your responsibility to ensure the payment is complete before the course commences.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING AT CLIENT SPECIFIED SITE: Privy Training will provide a list of facilities, equipment to be provided for in-house training. It is your responsibility to provide all facilities, equipment and set up required for trainer to deliver the training. Privy Training reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the course if, in the Trainer’s opinion, the venue, equipment or conditions are unsuitable.

NON-ATTENDANCE: Non-attendance of any course for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation with no notice and payment is non-refundable.

COURSE AND VENUE CHANGES: Privy Training reserves the right to change any part of a published course, right to cancel or reschedule any course; if this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. Any affected registrations will generally be transferred to the next available course in the same state, in consultation with the registered attendees; an alternate mode of training delivery option will be discussed and agreed. The location and course date of the course will advised upon booking. Privy Training reserves the right to change the location and will advise you as soon as the change is known. Privy Training will not be liable for out of pocket expenses due to cancellation or any other changes to venue or program.

CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS: Requests for cancellations, deferrals or substitutions must be received in writing to [email protected] 20-business days prior to commencement of the course.

Failure to respond to course emails or other correspondence from Privy Training does not constitute notice of a cancellation, substitution or deferral.

If a registration is transferred or cancelled by the client, the following fees will apply:

Cancellation or transfer to a different course date more than 20 business days before start date of course – no charge,

Transfer to a different course date less than 20 business days before start date of course $50 admin fee plus any additional charges incurred by Privy Training.

Cancellation date less than 20 business days before start day of course will incur $250 plus GST. 
A substitute attendee may be nominated 10 business days prior the course commencement, at no charge provided that:

The substitute attendee is attending exactly the same dates, course and location. Privy Training is notified of the replacement attendee’s name and contact details in writing 10- business days prior to the course commencement. Substitute attendee need to register their details on our website upon guidance from our training department.

Any pre-course information already received is passed on to the replacement attendee by the original attendee.

CERTIFICATES: PEOPLE CERT/BCS/SCRUMSTUDY issues certificates within an approximate time frame of 5-8 weeks after the course completion. In case the certificate arrives at Privy Training (where the address is not valid/un reachable) we will contact you to arrange for delivery (it might incur additional costs, will be discussed on case to case basis). It is your responsibility to check and/or update your contact/mailing information to ensure prompt delivery of your certificate.

Privy Training does not accept responsibility or liability for items lost or damaged in the mailing system. Attendees are entitled to one (1) free re-print if it is determined that their certificate has been lost or damaged. Any subsequent requests are at the cost of the attendee ($50.00 plus GST).

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, but any changes shall not be retrospectively applied.
